Rosa Mystica is from a body of work Sarah has been researching for 20 years. Working with women and exploring different cultures and traditions embodiment of womenhood. The different stories stored in our cells and taught through myth and tradition. How women are written into our history and how this frames our perception of ourselves.

This evening is dedicated to discovering the ever changing narrative of women and how we land into our bodies and place in our families, society and work culture. Unraveling the expectations and emotions we experience and how this shapes our bodies’ responses and eventually untangles us from our own mind games and intergenerational patterns.

Our natural state of being has been altered by subtle programming and societal cues. How we come home to ourselves is a journey onto itself. How we find each other in this process is a demonstration of our magic and gravitational force beyond time and space. Womenhood and women's work is the place of unconditional love. Of softening into the strength and guidance within.
