This is a unique technique to release the body and mind with grace and flow. Focusing on the fascia to expand the body to function, rebalance and heal itself.

It is effective for acute and chronic physical conditions such as headaches, migraines, muscle pain, inflammation and injury rehabilitation.

Energetically throughout the session we release the emotion, trauma and patterns of the body and mind for deep relaxation. Reprogramming the body to be comfortable in an open state.

We also focus on strengthening your connection to your ancestry and the Earth. This increases feelings of support and confidence to trust your intuition and your own guidance.

50% OF SESSION FEE • LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE

You may reschedule your booking without charge up to 24 hours preceding. Repeated requests to change booking times may cause withdrawal of service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
