CANCELLATIONS • 50% OF SESSION FEE • LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE

You may reschedule your booking for Soul & Energetic Mentoring, Intuitive Remedial Massage, and Sound Healing without charge up to 24 hours preceding. Repeated requests to change booking times may cause withdrawal of service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Less than 12 hours notice will incur 100% of the session fee, unless in case of emergency.

Less than 3 hours notice will incur 100% of the session fee, non-negotiable.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit for all services, including Soul & Energetic Mentoring, Intuitive Remedial Massage, and Embodiment Mentorship.

CHANGE OF MIND

There are no refunds available for change of mind after a purchase, for all products and services, including Soul & Energetic Mentoring, Intuitive Remedial Massage, and Embodiment Mentorship.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

To be used for services and products within six months of purchase unless otherwise discussed in advance with Sarah. There are no refunds available, however the certificate’s value can be transferred to another person, or used as credit for other services and products.
