20 Years in Natural Therapy:

I have been fascinated with natural therapies since childhood and started with healing and nursing injured animals back to health since the age of four. There was never another choice in my profession, as my passion and curiosity for life was always intertwined with the human body, how we can heal with connection to nature, and following instinct rather than what we are told.

After highschool I studied Integrative Body Therapies, including Remedial Massage and Aromatherapy. I hadn’t learned how to manage Energy because it wasn’t an obvious thing to study at the time, so when I began working with clients, I struggled to manage my Energetic interactions and work with people without feeling depleted by taking on all their problems.

For years I worked in multiple natural body care and aromatherapy companies, sharpening my relationship and knowledge of Essential Oils, learning the field and working with clients. I travelled through Europe, India, Canada, Asia, and the United States multiple times and my eyes were opened to different ways of living and the mechanisms that create our systems and cultures.

Feeling inspired to learn more, I studied Nutritional Medicine and Vibrational Medicines, and worked closely with Reiki Masters who specialised in Soft Tissue Manipulation. The combination of these fields was how I started to experience the unseen world. I remember taking my first Vibrational Medicine which I chose because it claimed to help you talk to animals. Little did I know just how sensitive I was, and I began to communicate with spirit and my deep healing journey back into my body. 

My focus has always been to learn in as many ways as possible and communicate this information in ways that are accessible and easy to understand. From scientific to emotional expression, I don’t see any separation between how we as a collective are trying to explain and feel comfortable in our world. 

Around 2008, my focus went into learning how Vibrational Medicines, Energetics and the unseen and unmeasurable realities worked. I studied Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Ancient Yogic Techniques, Astrology, Medical Astrology, Reiki, Light Medicine, Plant Medicines, Traditional Practices such as Ancient Yogic Techniques, and learning with Traditional Elders and Wisdom Keepers. 

In 2010 I began holding meditation classes in Sydney and educating students in all things felt. Those experiences explored meditative states, natural lore, health and our Earth allies. I developed my own unique style for how I work with clients and facilitate change both personal and collectively through 1:1 sessions, bodywork and teaching to writing, keynote speaking, facilitating deep meditations and national events.

This grew into establishing Universal Energetics, a teaching platform to assist practitioners, teachers, leaders, and creatives to increase their knowledge of holistic healing, Energetics and natural lore. I also founded Rosa Temple, providing natural energetic tools and products to assist people in their own journey.

A lot of my focus with clients and groups in recent years has involved more work with Ancestral Lineage acknowledgement and connection. This I feel is where many people have not given themselves the opportunity to observe, within themselves and their own ancestral journey. This has intertwined, strengthened and built upon my work with traditional and natural medicines. Supporting in this way has enabled lasting change of behavioural patterning and learnt programming.

Becoming a Mum: 

Becoming a mother was eye opening to say the least, where I experienced a very detached structure created for women to go through an incredibly impactful initiation.

My experience was extremely intense and it has equipped me to work with women and men who are transitioning into parenthood which can sometimes be a traumatic and rough rollercoaster. I assist women who have experienced loss and grief in breaking down the idyllic fairytale story that’s been fed to us by mainstream culture, allowing them to experience their own story and reclaim this extraordinary honour we have as humans. I have provided care from pre to postnatal stages and the long journey of discovery of the self in this process. This is some of the most meaningful work for me as I feel there is nothing more sacred than being part of this creation experience. I pray in my lifetime that we’ll see the entire industry of birth be handed back to the women and family unit as the priority, and for the woman’s body to be trusted and listened to.

I am passionate about all humans fully recognising we are sovereign beings with Earth here to experience life through our own choosing. All beings have the right to be here. A true collective of humanity without oppression, slavery of any kind, and embracing healing of past traumas. To feel safe with their families, with what feels familiar, with no separation with the land under their feet. For all people to have the right to fully express their passions and creativity. To exist in a world without fear or suppression, with full voices with ears to hear. 

I am passionate about creating a world I’m honoured to leave behind for my children and my children’s children. A world of limitless possibility and complete connection with our roots and the stars. Embracing all which life brings with an open heart, curious mind and healthy body.

I try my very hardest to live in alignment with my values and for each step to be towards a world that is more sustainable, compassionate, and inclusive. Going beyond the cliches of embodiment, eco, spiritual, new age, transformational, to go further and bring heart and love into our collective deep connection to our home Earth, the Stars, our Ancestors with deep respect to our individual and collective healing journey. 

I fully believe we are the ones we have been waiting for and I am forever humbled by observing the love and power every person I work with has, and all my own experiences of deep healing and grace.
